Analysis of the concentration of immunocompetent cells in the peripheral blood of interleukin-2 treated patients of superficial bladder cancer revealed the correlation between the concentration of immunocompetent cells and the prognosis of clinical case.Comparison of the lymphocytes populations in the peripheral blood of the group of cancer patients and the group of healthy volunteers revealed no differences for the CD8 lymphocyte population, however the difference for lymphocytes subpopulations of(CD8low, CD8hCD57+ ir CD8hCD57-) was statistically significant if compared in the peripheral blood of cancer patients and healthy volunteers.
