五年来,北京延庆县立足首都生态涵养发展区功能定位,确立并深入实施生态文明发展战略,综合经济实力不断增强、城乡面貌发生巨大变化、生态环境建设水平明显提升、和谐社会建设取得重大进展、改革开放实现新的突破、党的建设全面加强,全县发展进入一个崭新的历史阶段。未来,延庆将进一步深入实施生态文明发展战略,坚持高端一流标准,着力打造“县景合一”的国际旅游休闲名区,全面建设环境优美、生态宜居、富裕文明、幸福和谐的绿色北京示范区,开创延庆现代化建设新局面。
In the past five years, Yanqing County, based on the functional orientation of the ecological conservation and development zone in the capital, established and further implemented the strategy of ecological civilization development. The comprehensive economic strength has been continuously enhanced. Urban and rural areas have undergone tremendous changes, the ecological environment has been greatly improved, and significant progress has been made in building a harmonious society.
