我院自1996年12月~1997年5月口服罗红霉素(Roxithromycin,罗力得)治疗下呼吸道感染64例。现将结果报道如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 64例均为成年住院患者,下呼吸道感染按解放军总后勤部卫生部编写的《临床疾病诊断依据、治愈、好转标准》确诊。男41例,女23例,年龄17~75岁,平均50.5岁。所有病例均有咳嗽、咳痰、肺部有干、湿性罗音,伴发热者21例。 1.2 方法 病源菌确定标准,以痰培养标本分离菌落比例占60%以上或口腔正常菌以外的细菌为致病菌,共分离出细菌67株,其中革兰氏阳性菌5种22株(32.8%),包括表皮葡萄球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、链球菌、肠球菌、革兰氏阴性菌8种47株(67.2%),包括肺炎杆菌、克雷白杆菌、流感杆菌、沙雷杆菌、产碱杆菌,大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌等。
