我厂加工SSS_3型电力机车牵引电机刷盒方孔,原采用25和32双面齿推刀,在立式液压推床上分别进行推削。加工后,方孔精度、垂直度、平行度较差,返修率10.5%。一付刀具(每付2种规格,每种规格3把。)一般情况下只能加工200个刷盒,刀具耐用度低,工具费用消耗大。据此,我们改进刀具设计,并应用了涂层技术,经使用验证,不但保证了产品质量,而且刀具耐用度提高6倍多。一、问题分析产品如图1所示。材质ZHSi80—3,硬度HB90~100。加工25_(0.05)~(0.10)×32_(0.05)~(0.15)方孔原工艺是
