自从Druckrey等用亚硝胺类化合物诱发多种动物的食管癌和Plessis与Burrel等证实南非特兰斯开食管癌高发地区的浆果及食物中亚硝胺的存在以后,食管癌的发生与亚硝胺的关系受到重视。为了食管癌的病因学与发病学的研究以及癌变理论的探讨,我们在用亚硝胺诱发大鼠食管癌的过程中,观察了其特性,并对癌变的组织发生学加以探讨。
The incidence of esophageal cancer and nitrosuria since Druckrey et al. used nitrosamine compounds to induce esophageal cancer in a variety of animals and Plessis and Burrel et al. confirmed the presence of nitrosamines in berries and foods in areas with high prevalence of open tube cancer in Transantassia, South Africa The relationship between amines is taken seriously. For the study of the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal cancer and the discussion of canceration theory, we observed the characteristics of nitrosamine-induced esophageal cancer in rats and discussed the histogenesis of carcinogenesis.
