根据《重庆市群团改革试点方案》《重庆市总工会专项改革实施方案》以及配套的《任务清单》要求,重庆工会系统改革自上而下有序推进、初见成效。着眼于事业单位政治性先进性群众性显著增强、服务大局服务职工能力显著增强、自我发展活力显著增强的目标,重庆工会以事业单位公益改革实起来、服务队伍强起来、服务体系活起来、服务阵地转起来、服务品牌亮起来为目标,开展了直属事业单位聚焦主业、回归公益化属性的探索。
