本文介绍改变患者体位和扫描方向相结合而取得磁共振成像(MRI)左室长、短轴切面像的扫描方法;并将MRI上述切面像与心脏解剖标本相应切面对照。初步认为:本文方法成功率较高,取得的MRI心脏切面像有利于与左室造影和超声检查进行对照,具有较高临床价值。
In this paper, we introduce a scanning method to change MRI images of left ventricular long-axis and short-axis slices by changing the position of the patient and the direction of the scan. The MRI images are compared with the corresponding anatomical sections of the heart anatomy. It is preliminarily believed that the success rate of the method in this paper is high, and the obtained MRI heart section is favorable for comparison with left ventricular angiography and ultrasonography, which has high clinical value.
