目的和方法:通过在体兔心肌缺血再灌注模型探讨缓激肽(BK) 对缺血再灌注心肌的延迟性保护。结果:BK 显著降低了24 h 后的心肌梗塞面积及血清肌酸磷酸激酶水平;多粘菌素B(polymyxin B) - 蛋白激酶C 抑制剂,抑制了BK 的心肌保护作用。结论:BK 具有延迟性心肌保护作用,这一作用是通过PKC 途径实现的
Objective and Methods: To investigate the delayed protection of bradykinin (BK) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in a rabbit model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. RESULTS: BK significantly reduced myocardial infarct size and serum creatine phosphokinase level after 24 h. Polymyxin B-protein kinase C inhibitor inhibited cardiomyocyte protective effect of BK. CONCLUSION: BK has a delayed cardioprotection that is mediated through the PKC pathway
