笔者有幸参加了今年10月份在昆明召开的中国教育学会小学自然教学专业委员会1999年年会,会议在组织方面,相当成功;在观摩课的质量,方向指导等方面,也有很多值得借鉴、学习的地方,如极力突出教师的主导、学生的主体地位;教师为学生提供有结构的材料,让学生通过实验发现问题、分析解决问题,从而获取知识;学生参与探究活动的人数多,且时间长;努力让学生自己设计实验;改变了教师要学生怎么做的旧方法,学生的行为多是在教师的指导下进行的,……这些都是值得我们学习和发扬的,不过也有一些不尽人意的地方。会后,我仔细回味了一番,认为在指导学生自行获取知识和应用知识方面,在培养学生的能力方面,还存在几个需要注意的问题:
