“冬香”是以“卡姆罗莎”为母本、“红颜”为父本杂交选育而成的草莓新品种。2010年12月通过北京市林木品种审定委员会审定(良种编号:京S-SV-FA-010-2010)。该品种果实长圆锥形或楔形,红色,有光泽,平均单果重24.5 g,最大果重57 g。种子黄色、绿色、红色兼有,分布中等密、与果面持平。果肉红色,风味酸甜适中,有香味,耐贮运。可溶性固形物含量9.8%,维生素C含量0.631 mg/g,总糖含量4.97%,总酸含量0.65%。植株生长势强,不用疏花疏果,自然着果率高,丰产性较好。
