探讨了压敏型微胶囊制备工艺的优化,通过正交实验法确定了最优工艺条件为:乳化时间1为35min,乳化转速为3200rpm,乳化时间2为8min。通过粒径分布检测和扫描电镜观察发现,在最优条件下制得的微胶囊粒径均匀(3-10μm),表面光滑致密,无粘连现象。将微胶囊涂在CF纸上无显色现象,说明微胶囊密封性能良好。通过打印显色实验说明自制的微胶囊显色密度已达无碳复写纸一等品要求。
The optimum preparation conditions for pressure-sensitive microcapsules were discussed. The optimum technological conditions were as follows: emulsifying time 1 35min, emulsifying speed 3200rpm, emulsifying time 2 8min. Through the particle size distribution detection and scanning electron microscope observation, the microcapsules prepared under the optimal conditions were uniform in size (3-10 μm), the surface was smooth and dense, and no adhesion was observed. The microcapsules coated CF paper no color, indicating that the microcapsule sealing performance is good. By printing color test shows that the color density of self-made microcapsules has reached the carbon-free copy paper first-class requirements.
