弓形虫抗原分型,迄今未见报告,其原因与弓形虫滋养体的纯化较难,各种常用的免疫学和血清学方法,包括染色试验,补体结合试验、间接血凝试验、免疫荧光技术、ELISA以及皮内试验等检查不同来源的虫株,均未发现有明显而规律的抗原差异。直到1987年ware和Kapser使用免疫印渍法才发现3株弓形虫有抗原差异。我们证明这些差异,在株间不规律,变化较大,故不适于抗原分型。我们发现纯化的弓形虫滋
