The capsular antigens, toxins and endotoxins are the major components of Yersinia pestis cells and are associated with the pathogenicity of bacteria. This article describes the structure, function and biological properties of the above antigens. First, the capsular antigen Yersinia pestis in vivo or in vitro proliferation, cell surface can form a capsular antigen, purified capsular antigen named F1.
