无晶体眼和近视患者视网膜脱离的危险增加,可能与眼轴长度有关。作者观察了白内障囊内摘出术后植入Binkhorst虹膜夹型人工晶体的819眼,所有眼术前均以超声波A扫描测量轴长,轴长>25mm者定为近视。将术后视网膜脱离眼的轴长与全组之轴长进行比较。术后随访24-60个月。
The increased risk of retinal detachment in patients with aphakia and myopia may be related to axial length. The authors observed 819 eyes implanted Binkhorst intraocular lens implantation after intraocular cataract surgery, all with axial length of ultrasound A-scan, axial length> 25mm were identified as myopia. The axial length of the postoperative retinal detachment from the eye was compared with the axial length of the entire group. The patients were followed up for 24-60 months.
