我们学校是一所偏僻的农村中学。学校规模小,设备简、条件差、师资水平低,学生来源是经过省、县两级重点中学筛选之后的三类分数线录取的.面对这种情况我校语文组的全体同志没有恢心泄气,而是积极采取措施,一面努力提高教师,一面改革教学方法,使语文教学质量逐年有所提高.语文高考及格率文科从1979年的30.8%提高到1983年的81%,理科从15.9%提高到74%。
