用对光抑制敏感性不同的两个水稻品种Lemont和七桂早为材料,比较了它们在不同光强下的原初光能转化效率、荧光淬灭参数和光合色素含量。在低光强下,七桂早的原初光能转化效率略高于Lemont;但在高光强下,七桂早出现明显的光抑制现象,而Lemont对高光强则具有较强的适应性。Lemont适应高光强的原因是它能大幅度提高荧光非光化学淬灭以及增加叶片中类胡萝卜素的含量,加速光保护系统的运转。
Two rice cultivars Lemont and Qi Gui-zao, which had different photoperiod sensitivity, were used to compare their primary light energy conversion efficiency, fluorescence quenching parameters and photosynthetic pigment content under different light intensities. At low light intensity, the primary light energy conversion efficiency of Qiguaizao was slightly higher than that of Lemont. However, at high light intensity, obvious light suppression occurred in Qiguoi, while Lemont had strong adaptability to high light intensity. The reason why Lemont adapts to high light is that it can greatly improve the non-photochemical quenching of fluorescence and increase the content of carotenoids in the leaves, accelerating the operation of the light protection system.
