分层教学法集中强调三点:一是依据学生现有的知识、能力水平;二是分层次;三是所有学生都得到应有的提高。文章以编导专业“出镜记者”课为例,阐述了分层教学中的动态评价、多元化考核,有效规避了“班级授课制”中忽视学生个体差异性的弊端。将其运用到艺术类专业课的教学中,能改善高校教学中师生关系松散的现状,也会使大学生从“只关注学习结果”的学习目标转移至“享受学习过程”的自主型学习模式上,辅助其完成个体自我设计、自我选择、自我构建和自我评价。
Layered teaching method focused on three points: First, based on the students’ existing knowledge, ability level; second is the level; third, all students have been due to improve. The article takes “professional photographer” as an example, and expounds the dynamic assessment and diversified assessment in the layered teaching, which effectively avoids the disadvantages of neglecting the individual differences of students in “class teaching system”. Applying it to the teaching of art specialty courses can improve the loose relationship between teachers and students in college teaching and also make college students shift their learning goals of “focusing solely on learning outcomes” to “self-determination of learning process” Type learning mode, to assist individuals to complete their own self-design, self-selection, self-construction and self-evaluation.
