通过建立C14125曲轴连杆车床主轴的有限元模型,利用Ansys有限元分析软件对其进行谐响应分析,通过加载,仿真了工况下主轴的振动情况,得到了该主轴发生共振的条件,并提出来避免共振的几点措施。
Through the establishment of finite element model of C14125 crankshaft connecting rod lathe spindle, the Ansys finite element analysis software is used to analyze the harmonic response of the lathe spindle. By loading and simulating the vibration condition of the spindle under the working condition, the resonance condition of the spindle is obtained. A few measures to avoid resonance.
