近十多年来,以长壁高效综采为代表的煤炭地下开采技术取得前所未有的新进展。高效综采发展主要体现在以下三个方面:一是综采工作面生产能力大幅度提高,采区范围不断扩大,出现了“一矿一面”年产数百万吨煤炭的高产高效集约化生产模式;二是高效综采装备和开采工艺不断完善,推广使用范围不断扩大,中厚煤层开采、厚煤层一次采全高、特厚煤层放顶煤开采和薄煤层全自动化生产等技术和工艺取得巨大成功;三是高效综采装备的研制开发取得新的技术突破,年生产能力已经达到1000万t,并实现了综采工作面生产过程自动化。大型综采矿井技术经济指标已经达到大型先进露天矿水平。在当前我国煤炭需求快速增长的形势下,高效综采将成为能源开发技术重要的竞争领域。《高效综采发展趋势与重大装备关键技术分析》通过对高效综采发展趋势和关键技术进行深入分析,剖析了国内外综采矿井案例,并结合国情探讨了我国高效综采关键技术的选择和研发思路。 安全是煤矿的永恒主题,矿井运输安全工作是煤矿安全工作的重点和难点,据资料记载,矿井运输事故在煤矿生产死亡事故中,历来仅次于顶板事故而居第二位,煤矿应用综合机械化采煤技术后,顶板事故呈锐减趋势,使矿井运输事故更显得突出,据《煤矿安全》报道,近年在一些国有重点煤矿企业,矿井运输死亡事故约占生产死亡事故的22%~66%。2003年和2004年国家煤矿安全监察局曾两次行文强调抓运输安全工作,因此,抓好矿井运输安全工作是做好煤矿安全工作的重要环节,已成为煤矿管理者的共识。
