作者等以 C_3H/He 小鼠为实验对象,喂以不同热量的蛋白质,观察对小鼠移植瘤的增殖和瘤体内氨基酸含量的影响。取材与方法选用4周龄、雌性的 C_3H/He 小鼠,随机分为两组,分别喂以8%和27%酪蛋白为主的饲料,饮水不限,按惯例喂养。8%酪蛋白饲养组为蛋白缺乏组(D 组),27%酪蛋白饲养组为正常对照组(N 组)。结果:1.不同营养条件对移植瘤增殖的影响:C_3H/He 小鼠自发性乳癌81-B,在瘤细胞移植后形成肿瘤的潜伏期,D 组较 N 组延迟,但两组肿瘤的增殖
The authors used C_3H/He mice as experimental subjects and fed different calorie proteins to observe the effects on the proliferation and tumor amino acid content of the transplanted tumors in mice. Materials and Methods Four-week-old, female C3H/He mice were randomly divided into two groups, fed with 8% and 27% casein-based feed, respectively, and drinking water was routinely fed. The 8% casein feeding group was a protein-deficient group (D group), and the 27% casein-fed group was a normal control group (N group). Results: 1. Effect of different nutritional conditions on the proliferation of xenograft tumors: spontaneous breast cancer 81-B in C_3H/He mice, the latency of tumor formation after tumor cell transplantation, group D was delayed compared with group N, but the proliferation of tumors in both groups.
