烘烤是影响烟叶质量的重要因素之一。通过对烤房与烘烤工艺的交互性实验,基于标准化烤房与传统工艺相结合来比较,探索烘烤对烟叶质量的贡献率。结果表明:烘烤对腰叶的正组烟叶、评吸质量的贡献率分别为9.4%和5.7%,烘烤工艺的贡献大于烤房的贡献;而针对上二棚叶而言,烘烤对二者的贡献率分别提高到18.7%和25.5%,烤房的贡献大于烘烤工艺的贡献。但烘烤工艺对两个部位烟叶质量的贡献率始终保持在较高的水平。因此认为,烤房是提高烟叶质量的保障措施,而烘烤工艺是提高烟叶质量的重要手段,在实际操作过程中二者必须配套运用。
Baking is one of the important factors affecting the quality of tobacco leaves. Based on the experiment of interaction between barn and baking process, the contribution rate of baking to tobacco quality was explored based on the combination of standardized barn and traditional process. The results showed that the contribution rate of baking to the positive group of loins and leaves was 9.4% and 5.7%, respectively, and the contribution of baking technology was greater than that of curing room. For the second leaf, The contribution rate of the two increased to 18.7% and 25.5% respectively, and the contribution of baking room was larger than the contribution of baking process.
