我国经济发展后劲的大小取决于劳动者的素质,学生今天的素质如何将关系到我国21世纪的现代化建设事业。21世纪建设事业的需要,就是今天教育培养的方向。中学教育要为培养高素质人才打好坚实的基础。首先应该树立正确的人才素质观,研究新形势下人才成长的规律。其次是改革人才素质培养的管理方法,因材施教,使人才的培养建筑在可靠的基础之上。
The size of our country’s economic development depends on the quality of the workers. How the quality of students today will affect China’s modernization in the 21st century.
