本研究构建了能源开发利用正、负效应以及综合效应评价方法,对1985、1995、2005、2010年中西部地区能源开发利用的三种效应进行评价。结果显示:1中西部地区能源开发利用极化效应显著;2中西部地区大部分地区能源开发利用的极化效应处于活跃发展状态;3中西部地区能源开发利用综合效应的空间差异较大,仅有青海省一直属于能源开发利用综合效应高值类区域,绝大多数省份属能源开发利用综合效应低值类区域;4中西部地区大部分省区能源开发利用过程中负效应大于正效应,在全国范围内处于恶性发展状态。
This study constructed the positive and negative effects of energy exploitation and utilization as well as the evaluation method of comprehensive effects, and evaluated the three effects of energy development and utilization in central and western regions of 1985, 1995, 2005 and 2010. The results show that: (1) the polarization effect of energy development and utilization in the central and western regions is significant; (2) the polarization effect of energy development and utilization in most of the central and western regions is in an active development; (3) the comprehensive effect of energy development and utilization in the central and western regions has large spatial differences; Qinghai Province has always belonged to the high-value category with comprehensive effects of energy development and utilization. Most of the provinces belonged to the low-value category with comprehensive effects of energy development and utilization. In most provinces and autonomous regions in central and western regions, the negative effect in energy development and utilization was greater than the positive effect. Nationwide is in a vicious state of development.
