竞争是市场经济发展的永恒动力,而市场的各个角落无时不存在着竞争与垄断的博弈,证券市场也不例外。证券交易所是证券市场的核心机构,其定位和发展对整个证券市场的良性发展有极为重要的意义。21世纪初全球证交所大范围的整合并购,要求我们对于证券交易所的定位与发展应该有新的认识,个人认为中国的证券交易所也可以进行类似的过程,达到规模优势,降低成本,增强自身的竞争力,为我国开放金融市场、金融国际化服务。
Competition is the eternal motive force for the development of market economy, and there is always a game of competition and monopoly in every corner of the market. The stock market is no exception. The stock exchange is the core institution of the securities market. Its position and development are extremely important to the sound development of the entire stock market. The global consolidation of mergers and acquisitions by global exchanges in the early 21st century requires us to have a new understanding of the position and development of stock exchanges. Personally, we think that China’s stock exchanges can carry out a similar process to achieve economies of scale and reduce costs. Enhance their own competitiveness, open our financial markets, international financial services.
