北京城建集团城市副中心行政办公区A1工程项目部,采用劳务实名制系统、高精度GPS测量定位系统、视频监控系统和塔吊防碰撞体系,构建全方位智慧建造体系,为精心打造标杆工程和历史典范提供科技保证。依托BIM5D平台实现协同管理。公司购置7台图形工作站和网络设备,搭建涵盖进度、质量、安全、物资和造价的BIM5D施工项目管理平台。8名BIM工程师细致完成全部结构、机电管线等模型创建及深化设计。三维立体模型可直观反映工程形象进度,帮助项目了解计划编排的合理性;
