癌症化疗药物的固有毒性促使人们去研究可能用于监测肿瘤病情的标志。如癌胚抗原和胎甲蛋白等抗原标志对肿瘤的普查和检测证明是有用的;但在判断肿瘤病情方面价值有限。近年来,测定某些与肿瘤生长有关的关键酶的水平,表明在一些恶性与非恶性实验性肿瘤之间是有差别的。小鼠Lewis肺癌常用作转移癌的实验模型并可被化疗药物所控制。本实验拟测定接受环磷酰胺的小鼠肿瘤组织中半乳糖转移酶的水平,以观察此酶的活性与肿瘤生长间的相互关系。用雄性C 57/BL/10 Sc Sn/0 La小鼠,于一侧大腿肌肉内接种混悬在磷酸盐缓冲液(0.1 ml)中的Lewis肺癌细胞1×10~6,随机分成四组,其中三组在接种瘤细胞后五天开始隔日腹腔注射环磷酰胺,小剂量
The inherent toxicity of cancer chemotherapeutics has prompted people to study signs that may be used to monitor the condition of cancer. Antigen markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen and fetoprotein have proved to be useful for screening and testing tumors; however, they are of limited value in judging the condition of tumors. In recent years, the determination of certain key enzyme levels associated with tumor growth has shown a difference between some malignant and non-malignant experimental tumors. Mouse Lewis lung cancer is often used as an experimental model of metastatic cancer and can be controlled by chemotherapeutic drugs. In this experiment, the level of galactosyltransferase in tumor tissue of mice receiving cyclophosphamide was determined to observe the relationship between the activity of this enzyme and tumor growth. Using male C57/BL/10 Sc Sn/0 La mice, Lewis lung cancer cells suspended in phosphate buffer (0.1 ml) were inoculated into one thigh muscle and randomly divided into four groups. In three groups, cyclophosphamide was injected intraperitoneally every other day five days after the inoculation of tumor cells.
