苏州火柴厂采用转换机制、产业转移、退二进三、职工分流综合配套改革的新路子,使这个连续两年亏损的企业,扭转被动局面,别开新境,今年3月已实行停亏,并出现扭亏增盈的好势头。 苏州火柴厂的主产品是火柴。火柴作为人民生活必需品,联结着家家户户,但火柴是微利小商品。近两年火柴价格放开以来,火柴厂成倍增加,出现火柴产大于销,造成赔本低价竟销,加上原材料价格上涨,工本费用不断增加,全国132家火柴定点厂普遍亏损。具有74年历史的苏州火柴厂也陷于亏损困境之中。该厂干部职工面对困境,立足改革找出路,进一步解放思想,加大改革力度,选准最佳突破口,逐步形成综合配套改革,使生产微利产品的国有企业开辟一条创新之路。

Coupled with the increase in raw material prices, the cost of work items has continued to increase, and 132 match-making factories in the country have generally suffered losses. The 74-year-old Suzhou match factory is also trapped in a loss situation. The cadres and workers of the plant face difficulties, find a way out of reforms, further emancipate their minds, intensify reforms, select the best breakthroughs, and gradually form comprehensive reforms, so that state-owned enterprises producing meager products can open up a path of innovation.
