济南炼油厂于1988年制定了管理现代化方法应用的立项、实施、申报、评审、奖励制度,确定了主管部门,从1989年开始比较规范地开展了此项工作。到目前已应用了目标管理、网络技术、价值工程、线性规划等15种方法,累计取得成果43项,其中获石化总公司级成果奖9项,山东省级成果奖2项,济南市级成果奖7项,省化工系统奖2项
In 1988, the Jinan Oil Refinery established a system for project approval, implementation, application, review, and award of management modernization methods. The competent authorities were identified and this work was carried out in a relatively standard way since 1989. Up to now, 15 methods, including target management, network technology, value engineering, and linear programming, have been applied, and 43 results have been achieved in total. Among them, 9 are awarded by the petrochemical company-level achievement award, 2 by the Shandong provincial-level achievement award, and the results of Jinan municipal level. Award 7 items, Provincial Chemical System Award 2 items
