本文针对球墨铸铁与复杂黄铜合金的钎焊复合问题开展试验研究,选用两种熔点不同的Ag-Cu-Zn合金系钎料,在QT-500型球墨铸铁基体上进行钎焊试验。通过接头区的显微组织结构分析及力学性能指标测试,结果表明钎焊方法可以实现球墨铸铁与铜合金的冶金复合,复合界面上可能会产生气孔和夹杂缺陷,但在合适的操作方式及加热条件下能够获得完整的钎焊复合界面,且界面结合强度满足实用要求。
In this paper, the ductile iron and complex brass alloy brazing composite test carried out research, the selection of two different melting point Ag-Cu-Zn alloy brazing filler, QT-500 ductile iron matrix brazing test. Through the analysis of the microstructure and mechanical property index of the joint area, the results show that the brazing method can realize the metallurgical composite of ductile iron and copper alloy, and the pores and inclusions may be formed on the composite interface.
