本研究的目的在于确定诸如PH、流量、捕收剂与铜离子之比以及化学干扰因素等变量的影响,以便制订以离子浮选方法、用乙基十六烷基二甲基溴化铵(EHDABr)从水溶液中排除铜离子的最佳条件。在PH值6-11范围内,用乙基十六烷基二甲基溴化铵,能从6×10~(-5)M的酒石酸溶液中定量地排除铜。大量外来的金属离子影响铜的浮选。但是,没有一种所研究的外来金属离子能影响浮游率降低10%。
The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of variables such as pH, flux, collector-to-copper ratio, and chemical interferences on the development of an ionic flotation method using ethylhexadecyldimethylammonium bromide EHDABr) The best conditions for the removal of copper ions from aqueous solutions. With ethyl hexadecyldimethylammonium bromide, copper can be quantitatively removed from a 6 x 10 ~ (-5) M tartaric acid solution in the pH range of 6-11. A large number of exotic metal ions affect the flotation of copper. However, none of the extraneous metal ions studied affected a 10% reduction in the rate of flooding.
