拜读《人员外流现象透视》一文(《档案工作》92年第二期),感慨万端,浮想联翩……。人向高处走似乎是自然的,但档案部门的人员流动,许多是人为因素所致。笔者有位同仁,大学毕业,三十才出头,已从事档案业务指导工作十几年,人称是年轻的老战士。论专业理论水平,他在国家、省市档案刊物上不断有文章发表。论实际工作能力,业务指导到哪里。问题就解决到哪里。他有一大嗜好就是迷恋本行,更有一大“弱点”,就是干事太认真,为人太诚实,性格太直率。所以引不来领导的热眼,却常遭他人的妒眼。得智不得志,觉得做人比干事业还艰难,看破了,“三十六计,走为上”。近几年,一大批有知识,有才能,热爱档案事业
