初中英语教学的目标和要求主要体现在语音词汇、口头表达、阅读能力、写作能力等方面。为了达到上述的教学目标与要求,初中阶段教授了一些相应方面的知识,初中英语的教学大纲决定了初中英语各种版本的教材之内容及教学不可能成系统地教授语音和语法知识的。而高中英语受高考指挥棒的影响,其内容的体量要大得多,而且更具有系统性。如果不重视这些差异,撇开初中英语教学实际而直接进入高中英语教材的教学就很容易让高中英语学习失去必有的基础,而使得教与学的效率往往不太理想。反之如果能做好初高中英语教学的衔接,那么不管是学生的学还是教师的教都必将事半功倍。那么要如何做好初高中英语教学的衔接呢?
