目的探讨颅脑外伤后脑疝形成的临床特点及诊断治疗方法。方法回顾性分析64例颅脑外伤后脑疝患者的临床资料。结果手术56例,死亡23例,植物生存4例,非手术治疗8例,死亡8例。病死率48.3%。结论颅脑外伤后脑疝形成强调早期诊断早期治疗,颅脑外伤后脑疝的预后与患者的脑损伤程度,血肿形成速度,血肿大小,年龄,合并伤,并发症等有关,尤其与脑疝形成的时间长短对病死率有直接关系。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hernia after traumatic brain injury. Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with brain hernia after traumatic brain injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results 56 cases of surgery, 23 cases of death, 4 cases of plant survival, non-surgical treatment of 8 cases, 8 cases of death. Case fatality rate of 48.3%. Conclusions The formation of herniation after traumatic brain injury emphasizes the early diagnosis and treatment. The prognosis of herniation after traumatic brain injury is related to the degree of brain injury, hematoma formation rate, hematoma size, age, combined injury and complications, especially with hernia The length of time has a direct bearing on mortality.
