新型钢制膜板式底板货箱比传统货箱具有更高的强度、抗冲击性及耐磨性,当货箱底板损坏后能够快速更换。笔者分析研究了这种新型货箱的特点,并将其结构应用到45t矿用车货箱的设计中,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA分别对膜板式底板以及传统形式的底板进行了抗冲击性分析,研究了膜板曲率变化对货箱抗冲击性的影响。结果表明:膜板式货箱质量更加轻便,其柔性结构增强了抗冲击性;同时,给出了合理的膜板曲率参数,为膜板式底板货箱设计提供了理论依据。
The new steel film-coated floor box has a higher strength, impact resistance and abrasion resistance than conventional boxes and can be quickly replaced when the floor of the box is damaged. The author analyzes and studies the characteristics of this new type of container and applies the structure to the design of 45t mine car’s cargo box. The film slab floor and the traditional floor slab are respectively analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA Impact resistance analysis, the impact of the curvature of the diaphragm on the impact resistance of the container was studied. The results show that the quality of the membrane container is more portable and its flexible structure enhances the impact resistance. At the same time, the reasonable parameter of the curvature of the membrane is given, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the membrane plate.
