瑞士生产一种隔热性能好、强度高的絕緣磚。絕緣磚的原料为耐火粘土,焙燒时热耗量較小。用絕緣磚建造的房屋,比用普通实心磚建造的保溫情况要好得多?浌囼?同样的房屋,在冬季加热到20℃后,普通的实心磚房屋經过10分钟溫度就降至10℃,而用絕緣磚建造的房屋,經过60分钟溫度才降到12℃。目前生产的绝緣磚有以下几种規格:25×18×12.5、25×15×12.5、25×10×12.5、25×12×12.5厘米及30×25×12.5厘米。现正向着生产更大块度的絕緣砖发展。这种磚与其他建筑材料的隔热性能比較見下表。
Switzerland produces insulating bricks with good thermal insulation and high strength. Insulating bricks are made of fire-resistant clay and have a low heat consumption during firing. The insulation of a house built with insulated bricks is much better than that made with ordinary solid bricks. The same house, after heating to 20°C in the winter, drops to 10 after 10 minutes in a normal solid brick house. °C, and houses built with insulating bricks, dropped to 12 °C after 60 minutes. Currently produced insulation bricks have the following specifications: 25×18×12.5, 25×15×12.5, 25×10×12.5, 25×12×12.5 cm and 30×25×12.5 cm. It is now moving toward the production of larger blocks of insulating bricks. The comparison of the thermal insulation properties of this brick with other building materials is shown in the table below.
