苏府规字[2010]12号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:现将《关于加强涉案财产价格鉴证工作的意见》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。二○一○年五月十日关于加强涉案财产价格鉴证工作的意见为深入贯彻落实《江苏省涉案财产价格鉴证条例》(以下简称《条例》),不断加强鉴证制度建设,规范鉴证行为,全面做好涉案财产价格鉴证工作,促进司法、行政执法、仲裁等案件的顺利办理,加快推动“法治苏州”建设步伐,现制订以下意见:
