开发了一种基于浮点编码遗传算法的模拟移动床色谱自动优化系统。该优化方法中将归一化的生产强度取最大值作为目标函数,同时将纯度的n 次方作为罚函数。采用模拟移动床色谱的稳态模型计算浮点编码遗传算法的适度值。采用该优化算法对手性化合物binapththol 的模拟移动床分离操作条件进行了优化,结果表明生产强度提高了40%以上。
A simulated moving bed chromatography automatic optimization system based on floating-point coding genetic algorithm is developed. In the optimization method, the normalized production intensity is taken as the objective function and the n-th power of purity is taken as the penalty function. The steady state model of simulated moving bed chromatography was used to calculate the appropriate value of floating point genetic algorithm. The optimization algorithm was used to optimize the operating conditions of simulated moving bed separation of chiral compound binapththol. The results showed that the production intensity was improved by more than 40%.
