媒体融合已经成为当下广电媒体的最重要的战略性工作之一。湖北广电“长江云”产品从2014年发布至今,已经在媒体融合领域取得了不错的成绩,被业界称之为“湖北模式”。“长江云的成功,不仅取决于产品本身设计的完备和技术的成熟,更是由于实践了四大竞争策略:一、找到公信力优势,差异竞争;二、开创”长江云“新品牌,拥抱新媒体;三、发挥本地优势,深挖本土需求;四、用户至上,服务为先。
Media convergence has become one of the most important strategic tasks for the current media.
