1956年我县的教育工作,由于我們在执行方針政策中,犯有片面性,教育科本身面向学校,深入下层做得还不够,所以存在一些比较突出而又严重的問題。主要是:貫彻知識分子政策中强調了团結,忽視了教育改造;在事业的发展方面,是积极有余,穩步不足。滿足于数量上的增加,忽略了質量上的提高。不少学校由于师资質量过差,領导力量薄弱,学生学习成績不良,紀律松弛,思想認識模糊。
In 1956, in our county’s education work, because we were guilty of one-sidedness in the implementation of policies and policies, the education department itself was facing schools, and it was not enough to go deep down. Therefore, there are some serious and serious problems. The main issues are: to implement unity among intellectuals; to emphasize solidarity and to neglect education reform; in terms of career development, it is more than positive and steadily insufficient. Satisfy the increase in quantity, ignoring the improvement in quality. In many schools, the quality of teachers is too poor, leadership is weak, students’ academic performance is poor, discipline is slack, and their thinking is blurred.
