目的:了解包头市市售食品的污染状况。方法:按《内蒙古自治区食品安全风险监测方案》的要求,2010年-2012年在包头市区及2个旗县区采集各类食品进行部分重金属、食品添加剂、农药残留等化学污染物的监测分析。结果:金属污染情况:铅超标率3.75%(12/320),镉超标率2.50%(6/240),铝超标率31.00%(31/100)。食品添加剂污染情况:食品添加剂超标率4.52%(14/310),其中亚硝酸盐超标率5.00%,糖精钠超标率15.56%,苯甲酸、山梨酸超标率6.67%。蔬菜农药残留超标率5.00%(甲胺磷不得检出)。违禁添加物、真菌毒素监测项目未有超标。结论:包头市售食品污染总体水平较低,但部分食品仍存在污染,应引起重视,采取针对性措施,加强监管力度,保证大众健康。
Objective: To understand the status of food contamination in Baotou. Methods: According to the requirements of “Food Safety Risk Monitoring Program in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region”, from 2010 to 2012, various kinds of food were collected in Baotou urban area and 2 Qixian district for monitoring and analysis of some chemical pollutants such as heavy metals, food additives and pesticide residue . Results: Pollution of metals: lead exceeding standard rate of 3.75% (12/320), cadmium exceeding standard rate of 2.50% (6/240) and aluminum exceeding standard rate of 31.00% (31/100). Contamination of Food Additives: 4.52% (14/310) exceeded the standard of food additives, of which the exceeding rate of nitrite was 5.00%, the exceeding rate of sodium saccharin was 15.56%, and that of benzoic acid and sorbic acid was 6.67%. Vegetable pesticide residues exceeded the rate of 5.00% (Methamidophos may not be detected). Prohibited additives, mycotoxin monitoring project has not exceeded. Conclusion: The overall level of food contamination in Baotou is relatively low, but some foods are still contaminated. We should pay attention to it and take targeted measures to strengthen supervision and ensure public health.
