目的了解北京市朝阳区宾馆饭店集中空调系统细菌污染状况,对存在的卫生问题提出相应对策。方法调查该区内42家三星级以上宾馆饭店集中空调系统,检测细菌总数,送风口使用空气撞击法,通风管道使用涂抹法。结果共采集样品262件,合格率82.4%。其中送风口空气样品的合格率69.4%,风管涂抹样品合格率99.1%,二者合格率差异有统计学意义。三、四、五星级宾馆集中空调系统细菌总数合格率分别为:82.4%、79.0%、88.2%,其合格率差异无统计学意义。结论应加强空调系统冷凝盘管、过滤网的定期清洗消毒,加大对宾馆饭店的监督和监测力度。
Objective To understand the status of bacterial contamination of centralized air-conditioning systems in hotels and restaurants in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and to propose corresponding countermeasures to existing health problems. Methods To investigate the concentration of air-conditioning system in 42 hotels of three-star or above hotels in the district, the total number of bacteria was detected, the air impact method was used for air outlet, and the smear method was used for ventilation ducts. Results A total of 262 samples were collected with a pass rate of 82.4%. Among them, the passing rate of the air sample at the air supply port was 69.4% and that of the air duct smear sample was 99.1%. The difference between the two was statistically significant. The pass rates of the total number of bacteria in the centralized air-conditioning systems of three, four and five-star hotels were 82.4%, 79.0% and 88.2% respectively, with no significant difference in the passing rates. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the regular cleaning and disinfection of the condensing coil of the air conditioning system and the filter, and intensify the supervision and monitoring of the hotel and restaurant.
