Jiang Baolin is undoubtedly one of the most interesting innovators of his generation of Chinese painters. Like many of his predecessors, he is good at poetry, calligraphy and painting, which is the solid foundation necessary to be an innovator. Jiang Baolin successfully learned from the reality of the new form of reproduction loofah, wisteria, plum, woods or landscapes and the structural elements of personality. He never spoiled slender things and always prepared for it. This elegant, rationalist approach has a long history in China, and Jiang Baolin is expanding its artistic limits into a new area of spirituality. Jiang Baolin with pleasing to the ink black, pure color and tend to the quiet outline of the soul, provides us with a self-contained metaphysical domain. He shows that art can hold one another in life, and that art can change the world.
