为增强电脉冲孕育熔体作用效果,采用数值模拟与实验验证相结合的方法,设计了区别于传统脉冲电极加入方式的绝缘套管法.研究结果表明:绝缘套管法可以把电势直接导入到熔体内部,减弱了普通电极加入方法导致的表面效应,明显改善了熔体内部电场、电势的分布状况,使电脉冲作用范围有了较大提高;设计了高温熔体内部电场强度测量装置,对熔体内部电场强度进行了测量,并对模型的有效性进行了检验.
In order to enhance the effect of electric impulse on the melt, the insulation bushing method which is different from the traditional pulse electrode adding method was designed by the combination of numerical simulation and experimental verification.The results show that the bushing method can direct the potential into The internal electric field and the potential distribution of the melt are remarkably improved and the range of the electric pulse is greatly enhanced.
