口腔粘膜白斑是一种常见的口腔粘膜疾患,已被公认为癌前病变。在口腔粘膜白斑基础上发生口腔癌的可能性大约比正常粘膜高50~100倍,其癌变率为5%左右。迄今为止,仍无良好的治疗方法。为了进一步深入研究有必要建立本病动物模型。本实验目的是通过动物实验手段,建立肉眼及组织学方面和人类口腔粘膜自斑相符的动物模型,尤其要建立组织病理学表现为上皮异常增生的白斑动物模型。现将初步结果报告如下:
Oral leukoplakia is a common oral mucosal disease that has been recognized as a precancerous lesion. Occurrence of oral cancer on the basis of oral mucosal leukoplakia is approximately 50 to 100 times higher than that of normal mucosa, and the cancerous rate is approximately 5%. So far, there is still no good treatment. In order to further study, it is necessary to establish an animal model of the disease. The purpose of this experiment is to establish an animal model consistent with human oral mucosal autopsy in macroscopic and histological aspects through animal experiments, and in particular to establish a white spot animal model whose histopathology is characterized by epithelial dysplasia.
