阳逻电厂300MW机组为了减少锅炉启动用油、提高锅炉不投油低负荷稳燃的目的,对3号炉A、B层的一次风煤粉燃烧器进行了改造。B层一次风中采用水平浓淡燃烧器,组织水平浓淡燃烧;A层一次风中采用小油枪点火节油稳燃技术。对燃烧器改造前、后的锅炉效率、飞灰大渣可燃物、锅炉排烟温度、空预器漏风率等参数对比表明:水平浓淡燃烧满足了机组负荷的要求,提高了锅炉热效率,增强了机组低负荷稳燃能力。
In order to reduce the boiler start-up oil and improve the low-load and stable combustion of the boiler, the 300MW unit of Yangluo Power Plant reformed the primary air pulverized coal burner of the No.3 furnaces in layers A and B. Comparison of parameters such as boiler efficiency, fly ash slag combustibles, boiler exhaust air temperature, and air preheater air leakage before and after the retrofit of the burner shows that the horizontal shading combustion meets the requirements of the unit load and improves the boiler thermal efficiency and enhances Unit steady load capacity at low load.
