[目的]为0.3%辛硫磷颗粒剂申报甘蔗农药登记和推广应用提供科学依据。[方法]分别在4个省份开展了为期2年的0.3%辛硫磷颗粒剂防治甘蔗蔗螟的试验,探索适宜的有效剂量,观察和评估该药剂对甘蔗及有益天敌生物的安全性。[结果]推荐0.3%辛硫磷颗粒剂的有效使用剂量为1500~2250kg/hm2(有效成分用量为4500~6750 g/hm2),该药剂对甘蔗安全、无药害,且有助长作用;对有益的天敌生物(如寄生蜂、蚜茧蜂、赤眼蜂、瓢虫等)没有不良影响,同时对蔗龟、蓟马、象甲等甘蔗害虫具有兼治作用。[结论]本试验研究为0.3%辛硫磷颗粒剂申报甘蔗农药登记和推广应用提供了扎实的试验基础和有力的科学依据。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to provide a scientific basis for declaring the application, registration and popularization and application of sugarcane pesticide in 0.3% phoxim granules. [Method] The experiment of preventing and curing sugarcane (Saccharum sinicus) with 0.3% phoxim granules was conducted in 4 provinces in two years respectively. The appropriate effective dose was explored and the safety of the agent against sugarcane and beneficial natural enemies was observed and evaluated. [Result] The effective dosage of 0.3% phoxim granules was recommended to 1500 ~ 2250kg / hm2 (the effective dosage was 4500 ~ 6750g / hm2), which was safe for the sugarcane and had no effect on the sugarcane. Beneficial natural enemies (such as parasitoids, aphid Braconidae, Trichogramma, ladybugs, etc.) no adverse effects, while sugar cane turtles, thrips, such as sugar cane pest control. [Conclusion] The experimental study provided a solid experimental basis and strong scientific basis for declaring the application and registration of 0.3% phoxim granules in sugarcane.
