采用生化和细胞培养的方法观察了ApoE3/2表型血浆脂蛋白不同组分对植物血凝素(PHA)诱导的淋巴细胞增生的影响,以及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)对淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平的影响。结果显示载脂蛋白E(ApoE)3/2表型血浆脂蛋白均不同程度地抑制PHA诱导的淋巴细胞的体外增生,并且LDL和VLDL均可明显降低淋巴细胞产生IL-2的水平。实验提示脂蛋白抑制淋巴细胞产生IL-2可能是引起体外淋巴细胞增生抑制的一个重要原因。
The effects of different components of ApoE3 / 2 phenotype on PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation and the effects of low density lipoprotein (LDL) and very low density lipoprotein (LDL) were observed by biochemical and cell culture methods. (VLDL) on interleukin 2 (IL-2) production by lymphocytes. The results showed that apolipoprotein E (ApoE) 3/2 phenotype plasma lipoprotein inhibited PHA-induced in vitro proliferation of lymphocytes to varying degrees, and both LDL and VLDL could significantly reduce the level of IL-2 produced by lymphocytes. Experiments suggest that lipoprotein inhibition of lymphocyte production of IL-2 may be caused by inhibition of lymphocyte proliferation in vitro is an important reason.
