目的 :探讨端粒酶活性检测的临床应用价值。方法 :用 Kim改良的端粒酶重复序列扩增法 (TRAP)对人体癌与非癌组织进行比较检测。 结果 :癌组织端粒酶 (TL MA)活性达 86 .0 % (4 7/ 5 5 ) ,明显高于非癌组织 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 结论 :端粒酶活性检测可作为良恶性组织区别的重要分子生物学指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of telomerase activity detection. Methods: Human modified cancer cell lines and non-cancerous tissues were compared with Kim’s modified telomerase repeat amplification assay (TRAP). Results: The activity of telomerase (TL MA) in cancer tissue was 86.0% (47/55), which was significantly higher than that in non - cancerous tissue (P <0.01). Conclusion: The detection of telomerase activity can be used as one of the important molecular biological indexes to differentiate benign and malignant tissues.
