运用基体开裂模型对含有穿透裂纹的单向纤维复合材料进行了断裂分析,将理论预测结果和实验数据进行了比较。提出了决定裂纹前缘核心区域半径rc的定量公式以及确定材料临界应变能密度因子Sc的新方法。补充考虑了几个附加能量吸收过程,对应变能密度准则进行了开拓。实验试样的制备采用了预设裂纹的新方法。
Fracture analysis of unidirectional fiber composites with penetration cracks was carried out by using matrix cracking model. The theoretical prediction results were compared with the experimental data. A new formula for determining the critical radius of curvature rc of the crack front and the method of determining the critical strain energy density factor Sc of the material are proposed. Several additional energy absorption processes have been considered, and the corresponding strain energy density criterion has been developed. Preparation of experimental specimens using a new method of presetting cracks.
