目的:建立饮用水中17种卤代有机物的分析方法。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、六氯苯、α-666、β-666、γ-666、δ-666、七氯、百菌清、ρ,ρ′-DDE、o,ρ′-DDT、ρ,ρ′-DDD、ρ,ρ′-DDT、溴氰菊酯等17种卤代有机物。结果:在所建立的实验条件下17种卤代有机物的平均回收率在80.2%~105.0%之间,相对标准差(RSD)为2.12%~5.34%,检测限为0.0046~0.63μg/L。结论:所建立的分析方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定多种卤代有机物。
Objective: To establish a method for the analysis of 17 halogenated organic compounds in drinking water. Methods: The determination of 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, Hexachlorobenzene, α-666, β-666, γ-666, δ-666, heptachlor, chlorothalonil, ρ, ρ’-DDE, o, ρ’-DDT, ρ , ρ’-DDD, ρ, ρ’-DDT, 17 kinds of halogenated organic compounds such as deltamethrin. Results: Under the established experimental conditions, the average recoveries of 17 halogenated organic compounds ranged from 80.2% to 105.0% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.12% -5.34% and detection limits of 0.0046-0.63 μg / L. Conclusion: The established analytical method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can simultaneously determine a variety of halogenated organic compounds.
